All stocked items are dispatched from our HQ within a 48 hr period following payment.please note that our hats and Headpieces are all handmade to order and dispatched within 4 working days of receiving your order Please note that all orders are sent via Australia Post or DHL Global prior to 3pm AEST on weekdays only.
Please note that once your order is placed we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. If you have made an error in your delivery address please contact us at orders@neridawinter.com immediately. In the event that your order has already been dispatched, Nerida Winter takes no responsibility for incorrect details entered.
All orders are subject to availability. In the event that an items is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Our shipping costs are $22.00 (AUD) per hat. Your hat will also come with special care instructions.
We ship your items via Australia Post regular parcel post service and your address will determine the delivery time. Sydney metropolitan deliveries are usually delivered within 2 business days. Please allow extra days if you are outside metropolitan area or interstate.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Our shipping costs are $33.00 (AUD) per hat. Your hat will also come with special care instructions.
We ship your items via DHL Global Mail packet plus service and your address will determine the delivery time. Track your parcel at www.webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com

Please contact us at orders@neridawinter.com if you need you parcel shipped express as this will incur further charge.

Once an order has been shipped, a dispatch email will be sent to you with tracking details. Any delivery date that is specified is an estimate only and Nerida Winter will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any delay in delivery.

All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure the address provided is attended. We recommend a business address or an address where someone can sign for your delivery between 9am and 5pm. We regret we can not ship to PO Boxes.
