Our shipping costs are $22.00 (AUD) per hat. Your hat will also come with special care instructions.
We ship your items via Australia Post regular parcel post service and your address will determine the delivery time. Sydney metropolitan deliveries are usually delivered within 2 business days. Please allow extra days if you are outside metropolitan area or interstate.

Once an order has been shipped, a dispatch email will be sent to you with tracking details. Any delivery date that is specified is an estimate only and Nerida Winter will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any delay in delivery.
All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure the address provided is attended. We recommend a business address or an address where someone can sign for your delivery between 9am and 5pm. We regret we can not ship to PO Boxes.
