You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Nerida Winter is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.


All prices quoted on the website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the website from time to time and without notice to you.



Nerida Winter accepts payment via credit card (Visa/Mastercard) and Paypal.
After you make payment for your order, we will email you an invoice, which confirms receipt of your order.


By agreeing to these purchase and shipping terms, you also consent to receive further electronic communications from us in relation to Nerida Winter, including information relating to products, competitions, promotions, special offers and any other commercial message. You may at any time, unsubscribe from receiving updates from us. Simply email us at orders@neridawinter.com, or click ‘unsubscribe’ within one of our mailouts.




We process hat orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in New South Wales. Orders are processed by 15:00 AEST each business day.

Nerida Winter may cancel your order if for any reason we are unable to provide you with the products subject to your order. We will contact you should this occur.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.


The laws of New South Wales, Australia govern these purchase and shipping terms.

Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by our privacy, purchase and shipping terms, which constitute the agreement Nerida Winter A.B.N 53613270035 (we, us, our or Nerida Winter) and you.


Any return of products to us by you will be governed in accordance with our returns policy. A refund will only be considered if the goods are faulty (unless caused by you), have been incorrectly described or are different to goods you have ordered. The refund will be applied to the original card of purchase.


Whilst Nerida Winter does not issue refunds other than as described above, hats may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, except for all headpieces which are made to order.

If you wish to exchange an item you must contact orders@neridawinter.comfor an exchange number.

Returns must be received in original condition with all tags still attached. The goods must not have been worn or damaged.

Each Nerida Winter hat comes with a tag that reads “Once this tag is removed, this item cannot be exchanged or returned”. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to exchange within our time frame.
Please indicate the reason for your return on the return sheet that is provided with your package. Items returned within 7 days of your delivery will be issued with a Nerida Winter Online Store gift voucher with the amount of the item excluding postage.

You must include your original receipt from the Nerida Winter Online store when exchanging or if you seek a return of faulty goods. Returned items not received in their original state will be automatically returned to the customer so please take due care when trying on your order.

Nerida Winter staff reserve the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition. In the rare event that a return is rejected the decision is final and not negotiable. Due to the fast turnover of stock, we cannot guarantee that we will have a different size in stock to exchange.

We are unable to credit original shipping costs. Credit notes are issued as Gift Certificates which can be used only at www.neridawinter.com. Credit notes issued at the Nerida Winter Online Store are not redeemable at Nerida Winter’s Boutique. Credit notes are processed within 3 days of receiving your items. Returned items will maintain a credit value which will expire 6 months to the date it was issued. Your credit note will be issued via email and in the form of a code.

All items are thoroughly inspected before being sent out to customers to ensure a high level of quality in the headwear you purchase. We are happy to replace, repair, or exchange goods in the case of a manufacturing fault. You can email orders@neridawinter.com if you believe your item has a fault.
